Can I return my order?
Most of our products are backed by our Hassle Free Returns guarantee and fall under our 14 Day Return Policy. These items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include shipping and handling charges. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.

The following items are NEVER returnable:

Any item that has been worn, used or altered

Any item with tags removed

The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way. 



Order Confirmation:

All web initiated requests will receive an automatic confirmation followed by an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation the security on your computer is not allowing us in. Please contact us at 678-835-5800 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm EST. If you choose to call or email us about your return, please provide the following information: 

Your email address 
Your order number 
A brief description of the problem 
Any item damage or shortage, if applicable

We generally process returns within a week of receiving the product back.

School pick-up orders

Please take your ‘pick ticket’ which was included in your shipment and re-bag your return. Mark each item that is being returned and give it to the receptionist at the school. She will get it back to us and we will issue the credit. However, if you would like to try another size, please indicate that on the ‘pick ticket’ and we will make an even exchange and return the new size back to the school. **Please make sure when returning items that you secure your bag shut so that nothing inadvertently falls out.

Shipped Orders

For orders that are shipped, please ship back to our address with the pick ticket. We will make the necessary credit or exchange.

Please note:  Any item returned that falls outside our normal return guidelines is subject to a minimum 15% handling charge. Please double-check that you have included all items and packaging prior to mailing your return to our warehouse. This includes unauthorized refused packages.

There is a minimum 15% restocking fee, if more than 5 of one item is ordered and subsequently returned.

If you need a different size, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. This is because the desired item maybe out of stock by the time we receive your return and to ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). All appropriate policies apply to all returned items.
